Prawn noodles and chilli garlic baby corn prawn

Ingredients

Prawn Noodles 

Prawns cleaned -  250 Gms

Carrot - 2 medium

Beans -  100 Gms

Cabbage - 100 Gms

Capsicum  -  2 medium

Egg noodles -  250 Gms

Onion -  2 medium

Garlic paste - 1 tea spoon

soya sauce- 1 table spoon 

red chilli sauce -2 table spoon 

Green chili sauce -2 table spoon 

Oil - 1/2 cup

Salt to taste 

Chilly Garlic Baby Corn Prawn

Prawn cleaned - 750 gms

Baby corn - 150 gms 

Garlic paste - 1 table spoon

red chilli paste - 1 table spoon 

soya sauce- 1 table spoon 

red chilli sauce -2 table spoon 

Green chili sauce -2 table spoon 

cornflour - 4 Table spoon

Oil - 1/2 cup

Salt to taste 

Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon 

Method

Prawn Noodles 

  1.   Boil 2 ltr water in  a big pot  with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil 
  2.  Add noodles and boil for 7 to 8 minutes .  When al dente , drain in a strainer . Add cold water and strain again . Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well 
  3. Chop vegetables in fine strips 
  4.   Cut prawns into 1 cm  small pieces 
  5.  In a wok or karahi , heat oil add garlic paste and all vegetables 
  6.  Add salt and saute for  4-5 minutes 
  7. Add prawns and saute for 2-3 min 
  8. Add noodles and add all sauces and mix well 

Chilly Garlic Baby Corn Prawn

  1.  Sprinkle  salt and cornflour on prawns and mix well , till it covers prawns well . ( Do not add water
  2.  In a pan , heat oil and put 8-10 prawns . pan fry for  3-4 min . Repeat for all prawns  
  3.  Now in same oil add garlic paste , chilli paste and saute for 1 min 
  4.  In a bowl add all sauces , 1 tablespoon corn floor and 2 cup water   , mix well 
  5.  Add sauces to pan and keep stirring 
  6. Add prawns to sauce 
  7.  Add baby corns and boil for 4-5 minutes 
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or  spring onion 
  9.  Serve with noodles
