Chicken Pizza

Chicken pizza  

Ingredient 

For Base

All purpose flour  (maida) - 500 gms
Active yeast - 1 sachets  (7 gm )
Salt - 1 tea spoon
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Olive oil - 1/2 cup

For Topping

Boneless chicken - 250 Gms
Onion -  1
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chillies
Corn
Garlic  - 10 cloves
Basil
Oregano
Chilli flake
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella cheese  - 2 cup
Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
Olive Oil -  1 Tablespoon

Method

Dough for base

1.  Heat 1 cup water and 1 tea spoon sugar to lukewarm
2.  Add active yeast in water , put lid and leave for 5 mins


3.  Take flour in a big bowl or plate .
4. Add olive oil ,  salt and remaining sugar
5. Add yeast and make a dough
6. Add more water if needed
7. Once a soft dough is formed,  put it in big airtight container and keep in warm place for 2 hours
8. After 2 hours dough should rise to double

Preparation for topping

For toppings you can be as much creative as you want .  I  am using some ideas here you can always change as per your taste.
9.  Cut chicken into 1 inch size pieces
10.  Crush   garlic  or make a paste
11. In a pan heat 1 table  spoon of  Olive oil
12.  Add the garlic paste and 1 tea spoon of  basil leaves
13.  Sauté for 1 min and add the chicken pieces
14. Add salt and pepper to taste
15. Sauté for 2  to 3 minutes and then keep aside.   Do not over cook chicken
16. Cut capsicum ,  Tomato , Onion  of size and shape you like 
17. Grate Cheese 

Making Pizza


18.   On a clean surface spread some flour  

19 .  Take dough and divide in four / five portions  ( based on your pizza tray size )  

20.   Roll dough of the size of your pizza tray 

21.   Pre Heat oven  180 degree for 15 Minutes 

22.   Grease  your  tray .    Put the base  on it 

23.  Spread pizza sauce on base 

24   Spread cheese  and add Chicken and other toppings 

25.  Sprinkle Oregano and Chilli flakes 

26.  Bake for 15 Minute and then Grill for 5 Minutes 

27.  Take out from oven .  Use pizza cutter to cut into 4 or 8 pieces and serve hot




Tips :

For Microwave - Pre heat oven in convection   .  Cook for 15 min and  then  grill for 5 minutes

For  Pan Pizza  :  A big non stick pan .  Spread oil  and  pit pizza bas .  Put all your topping .  Cover and  cook for  7 -8 minutes in  slow to medium heat
