Green Sole Fry
A quick snack of sole fillets with full of coriander flavor . An easy dish , without much effort , when you want to serve something delicious after a long day of work.
Ingredient
- Sole fish fillets - 500 Gms , 2 inch slices
- Coriander leaves - one handful
- Green Chilies - 3 to 4
- Garlic - 8-10 cloves
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
- All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Salt to taste
- oil to deep fry
Method
- Grind coriander leaves , chili and garlic to a smooth paste
- Marinate fish filet with the coriander paste , salt and lemon juice . Keep aside for 15 -20 minutes
- Make a batter with flour , egg , baking powder , salt and little water . Keep it of medium consistency
- Heat oil in a deep pan
- Dip marinated fish filet into the batter and deep fry on high heat till golden brown
- Serve hot
Tip : If there is any left over marinate and batter mix them and just make small fritters with the help of a spoon . You will get another yummy snack .
