Green Sole Fry

A quick snack of sole fillets with full of  coriander flavor .  An easy dish , without much effort , when you want to serve something delicious after a long day of work.  



Ingredient 

  • Sole fish fillets - 500 Gms , 2 inch slices 
  • Coriander leaves - one handful 
  • Green Chilies -  3 to 4 
  • Garlic -  8-10 cloves
  • Lemon Juice -  2 Tbsp
  • All purpose flour - 1/2 cup 
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg - 1 
  • Salt to taste 
  • oil to deep fry 

Method

  • Grind coriander leaves , chili and garlic to  a smooth paste 
  • Marinate fish filet with the coriander paste , salt and lemon juice . Keep aside for 15 -20 minutes 



  • Make a batter with flour , egg , baking powder , salt and little water .  Keep it of medium consistency 
  • Heat oil in a deep pan 
  • Dip marinated fish filet into the batter and deep fry on high heat till golden brown
  • Serve hot 

 Tip :   If there is any left over marinate and batter mix them and just make small fritters with the help of a spoon .  You will get another yummy snack .
