Punjab , a state full of life and good food is an integral part of day to day life . Though there are plenty of dishes to choose from , I have picked up a dish here which is absolute favourite of my family . Amritsari Kulcha is an easy to make , lip smacking stuffed bread . Ingredients For Dough All purpose flour (Maida) - 500 Gms Curd - 1/4 Cup ( 4 Tablespoon ) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1 cup Sugar - 2 tsp Salt - As per taste For Filling Boiled Potato - 4-6 medium Green Chili - 5-6 Finely Chopped Ginger - 1.5 inch grated Dry Ginger - 1 tsp Amchur Powder ( Dry Mango Powder )- 1 tsp Salt - As per taste Bhuna Masala - 1 tsp Hint : For making bhuna masala , dry roast 4-5 cloves , 4-5 green cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon , 1 tsp coriander seeds , 1 tsp cumin seeds , 2-3 dry red chili .
